About photos. You may voluntarily attach a photo, for example of your current unit or the intended installation spot. Such photos sometimes show the inside of your home. We use them solely to assess your request technically and prepare your quote. Please do not send photos showing people or documents.
Technical data processed automatically: IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited and the time of your visit.
Marketing source. We record through which ad or channel you reached our website (for example Google Ads or Instagram). We do not send this information to third parties and use it only internally to evaluate our advertising.

After these periods we delete your data or make it impossible to trace back to you.
5. Who we share your data with
We never sell your data. We only share it with parties needed to deliver our service or to measure our advertising:
- Google Ireland Ltd. for advertising measurement through Google Ads. When you consent to marketing cookies, your email address and phone number may be sent to Google in hashed (encrypted) form so an ad click can be matched to a request. Google does not receive this data in readable form and we receive no personal data back from Google.
- Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd. for advertising measurement through the Meta pixel, only after you consent to marketing cookies.
- Our hosting provider, which runs the website and the info@bold-nomads.com mailbox.
- Cohero CRM, the system in which we will process and follow up requests.
We do not work with subcontractors: installation, maintenance and service are carried out by our own team. We conclude data processing agreements with parties that process data on our behalf.
6. Transfers outside the European Economic Area
Google and Meta may process data on servers outside the EEA. Such transfers take place under their data processing agreements and the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, together with the additional safeguards they apply.
7. Your rights
You have the right to:
- access your data;
- have incorrect data corrected;
- have your data deleted;
- have processing restricted;
- object to processing;
- receive your data in a common file format (data portability);
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting processing that took place before withdrawal.
Send your request to info@bold-nomads.com. We respond within four weeks. To be sure the request comes from you, we may ask for additional information.
You can change your cookie preference yourself through the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch data protection authority, the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
8. Security

9. Changes
We may update this privacy statement, for example when our services or the law change. The current version is always published on this page.
